Dr. & Mrs. Herbert Gray started working and managing their own business from the garage of their home in 1976. Graytronix Systems Corporation (GSC) is a contract manufacturing company, which specializes in the manufacturing and remanufacturing of electronic systems and related products. In the years since it’s founding, GSC has provided products and services to both private industry and government agencies. GSC presently enjoys an outstanding reputation as a timely, cost-effective provider of quality products and services to its customers. Competitive prices for products have been achieved by a purposeful determination to se t a recognized standard of performance in serving customer’s needs. These needs may be in manufacturing, remanufacturing, engineering, logistics, or other contractual services that GSC can provide.
At GSC, Manufacturing prides itself on executing production on time within budget. This group is highly qualified to provide comprehensive engineering, prototyping and fabrication services.
Remanufacturing plays an important role at GSC. Because of a dedication to provide professional services at competitive prices, GSC earned Chrysler Corporation’s first multimillion-dollar service contract for the remanufacturing of electronic engine control modules. The current remanufacturing effort is dedicated to servicing the reverse logistics needs of manufacturers in the automotive, medical and defense industries. Because of technological innovations, GSC is a recognized leader in the development and promotion of resource conservation through recycling electronic components and materials. Recycling at GSC consists of rebuilding electronic units and reclaiming components and precious metals.
GSC has a uniquely qualified staff of specialists with various backgrounds and experience unparalleled among similar sized companies.
This staff is composed of engineers and technicians, many of whom have earned advanced degrees. GSC has also established a special working relationship with Sanmina-SCI, Inc. and Peavey Electronics, both Fortune 500 electronics manufacturers.
Graytronix Systems Corporation has completed significant contracts with industrial companies and government agencies. It provided the unique capability of experienced and skilled personnel in the areas of laser and optical technology, engineering design, scientific analysis, computer diagnostics, remanufacturing utilizing specialized automatic and manual test equipment, motor and controller testing and evaluation, and a variety of other services. As a contractor to the government GSC has designed, fabricated, and tested systems for the U.S. Army Missile Research and Development Command. As a contractor to industry, GSC has manufactured cable assemblies and subassemblies, developed techniques to extract and reclaim components and precious metals and has remanufactured electronic control modules and digital set top boxes. |
